Summer school in law and economics: contracts and disputes resolution

Yale University, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University and ESSEC Business School have agreed on the initiative of a common Summer School, all held in english, designed for selected Law and/or Economics students interested in Contract Arbitration and Amicable Dispute Resolution (ADR).

The Yale-Assas université-ESSEC Summer School will be held from June 23, 2025 to July 18, 2025

• Duration: 4 weeks
• Language of teaching: English
• Course load: 65 hours (class + seminars)
• Classes: Monday to Friday (typically from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm)
• Social and cultural events: organized on certain days (visit of museums or institutions)
• Group profile: around 10 participants from each of the 3 institutions

Registration fees : 2 500 €

*Non-refundable from the first day of the program.
